KLE Society’s DR M. S. Sheshgiri College of Engineering and Technology Belgaum (KLE DR. MSSCET) formerly known as KLECET (KLE Society’s College of Engineering and Technology Belgaum) belongs to KLE Society. This one of the oldest society’s in Asia and has legacy of more than one hundred years. It is one among largest societies related to education in Asia continent. This college came into existence in the year nineteen seventy nine. This is Self-financing and Non-Autonomous institution and is approved by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) New Delhi. This college comes under VTU Belgaum (Visvesvaraya Technological University) and is also ISO 9001:2008 Certified organization. KLE Society’s DR M. S. Sheshgiri College of Engineering and Technology Belgaum offers mainly nine under graduate courses and six post graduate courses in various branches of engineering. It also offers MCA and MBA courses too. The ten departments are recognized by the Visvesvaraya Technological University as research centers for doing quality research.
