St. Joseph Engineering College Mangalore

St. Joseph Engineering College Mangalore (SJEC) by which it is popularly known as is affiliated to (VTU) Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum in the state of Karnataka. This is also recognized by the government o Karnataka and the AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education), New Delhi. This institution came into existence in the year 2002 and provides high level education in the field of engineering, Computer Applications and Business Administration at the Under Graduate Programs and the post Graduate Programs level. It also provides courses at the research levels too. All the 10 batches which have passed out from this College from it’s inception in 2002 the college has recorded 98.27%, 94.32%, 94.59%, 93.23%, 98.08%, 96.98%, 95.43%, 97.47%, 97.36%, and 94.27% pass percentage of the students. There are presently about 2400 students who are studying in this institution. In the current running academic year a total of 315 students have already being placed through the Campus Placement in the month of February 2020 and the placement is also currently ongoing now.
